#WarriorImpact

Written to all Calvary Warriors:

1 John 4:14 says, “We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.”  This verse describes the student-athletes who have and who will compete in the future for Calvary University.  We’ve always desired and expected God to work mightily in the lives of each of our players and coaches as they are challenged to be transformed by Him, to compete for Him, and to submit to Him.  I’ve watched Calvary students leave their collegiate careers behind and dive into various ministries across the world.  It has been a privilege to watch these stories unfold for the past 25 years, and I believe they are worth telling.  I think they are stories about changing the world.  We were thinking about these faces and these stories when we printed this verse on our new court in The Pyramid.  That is our heritage, and that is what we want our legacy for the future to be.  We want our students to use their passion to make a difference in this world for Jesus Christ.  We want their passions to collide with their faith.

We desire to start a movement in our department here at Calvary.  Will you help us?  This movement means we would like to ask you to reply to this post on your social media page while using the hashtag #WarriorImpact.  Start with this statement:  “I am joining a Calvary University Warrior movement by answering the question, ‘What have I seen God do recently in my ministry or in my life?’”  Then take the opportunity to testify online and tell your followers what you have seen God accomplish.  As your stories unfold, we will know more about what God is doing all over the US and world through this amazing group we call Calvary Warriors.  Will you help us start this #WarriorImpact movement today?

Sincerely,

Jeanette Regier
