The Women’s Basketball and Volleyball programs are pleased to announce the signing of Anna Holloway, a 5’7” guard from Topeka, Kansas. Anna will be a dual sport athlete for the Lady Warriors, competing in volleyball and basketball.
During her high school basketball career, Anna average 8.3 points, 7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.4 steals per game. She was awarded all-MCAA second team for her performance during her sophomore year and received first team awards for her junior and senior seasons, as well as the Christian Character award during her senior year. Concluding her senior season, Holloway helped her team win the bronze ball championship at the National Christian Homeschool Basketball Tournament.
Anna is planning to study sports management and plans on becoming a coach after she graduates. She chose Calvary because she “wanted to be surrounded with people that care for those around them and I found that in the coaches, players and staff here at Calvary.”
